Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Community Treatment Service Lead to work within our community-based treatment setting in Thurrock, Essex. This role involves providing support to drug and alcohol users aged 18 and over, managing roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the delivery of client-centred treatment approaches.
Key Requirements- Comprehensive experience of delivering structured interventions to service users.
- Strong IT skills to support case management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit and CQC standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
