Job Title: Support Practitioner - Child and Family Assessment Team
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Child and Family Assessment Team in Thurrock. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a vital role in completing s17 and S47 assessments, supporting the Team Manager in day-to-day service delivery, and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:
