Personal Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Personal Care Assistant - Thurrock to work within our Community Homecare team, Extra Care Housing Complex in Grays, or at Collins House, our Care Home in Corringham. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, as well as weekends (2 out of 4). A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for working in the Community, with mileage paid at 45p per mile.
The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, knowledge of Dementia, Challenging behaviors, and Manual Handling, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. We also require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for Adults at enhanced plus adults barred list level.
As a Personal Care Assistant - Thurrock, you will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients.
