Quality Management System Development Manager

We are seeking a Part-time QMS Manager to support our client in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), driving efficiencies and continually improving business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining QMS documentation
- Performing QMS audits and providing training
- Ensuring quality standards are met and compliance to applicable regulations
- Preparing high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training
- Being an ambassador for quality processes and providing education, training, and advice to all staff
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining QMS systems, experience of carrying out audits on a quality system, and strong research and analytical skills. They will also have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, good IT skills, and a commitment to quality and compliance with procedures and regulations.
