Job Title: Quality Management System Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Lead to support our client in the insurance industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and improve business processes.

About the Role:
This is a part-time position, requiring 18-22 hours per week, with flexibility to discuss working patterns. The salary is £30,000 full-time equivalent, with benefits including 26 days holiday (pro-rata) + bank holidays, birthday off, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation, perform QMS audits, and provide QMS training
• Ensure quality standards are met and compliance to applicable regulations
• Prepare high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training
• Be an ambassador for quality processes and provide education, training, and advice to all staff
• Understand regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
• Build and maintain effective working relationships

Requirements:
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining QMS systems
• Experience of carrying out audits on a quality system
• Strong research and analytical skills, good maths, and problem-solving skills
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, CRM systems, data systems, etc
• Ability to manage own workload and work effectively under pressure
• Great team working, build relationships through positive behaviours, honesty, and integrity
• Focus on continuous improvement, able to use own initiative
• Commitment to quality and compliance with procedures/regulations
• Own transport and full UK driving licence

• Experience in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of the insurance sector
• Experience of ISO9001
