About the Role

Sonderwell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and guidance to families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families in need
  • Work with families to identify and address their unique challenges and needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help families achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Provide education and resources to families on topics such as mental health, emotional well-being, and physical health
Requirements
  • Patience and understanding when working with families who may be experiencing challenging situations
  • Non-judgmental approach when working with families from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for promoting positive change and creating lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families
