Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional Front of House service, managing the reception team, and ensuring a seamless studio experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing stock and supplies, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception team, including rotas, temporary cover, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement processes for Front of House.
  • Manage stock and supplies, requesting payment approval when necessary.
  • Create welcome packs for new employees, replenishing stock as needed.
  • Welcome new hires on their first day, provide tours, and support the process.
  • Studio administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting room booking, and Petty Cash management.
  • Purchasing studio equipment and technology as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous Head Receptionist and Team Management experience.
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Initiative-taker with a proactive approach.
  • Organized and prioritizes workload effectively.
  • Consistently positive under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  • Actively participates in continual professional development.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
