Job Title: Luxury Fashion Studio Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Luxury Fashion Studio Coordinator to join our team at our studio in North-West London. This full-time role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our studio, supporting management, and helping deliver efficient schedules and processes across the business.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of studio operations, organisation, and administrative tasks, while also supporting customer support, photoshoots, and influencer or stylist relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the studio runs efficiently, maintaining organisation and structure.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, photoshoots, trade shows, and trips.
  • Book flights, accommodation, and transportation for business trips and events.
  • Manage office supplies, studio equipment, and external services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Studio Manager, Office Manager, or similar administrative role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management tools.
