Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Studio Administrator to join our team at Pulse Ltd. This role will ensure the smooth operation of our studio facilities and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communications and respond to general inquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and organization.
  • Maintain kitchen supplies, order groceries, and manage coffee machines and dishwashers.
  • Arrange deliveries, distribute post, and coordinate couriers as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, including labeling files, printing, photocopying, and distributing materials.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of post-production or VFX studios is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel packages; knowledge of Slack is a plus.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
