In this role, you will work closely with our Studio Manager, providing essential administrative support to the broader team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle tasks with confidence and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and couriers in a professional manner.
  • E nsure all office-related tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage meeting room reservations and upkeep, including refreshments, equipment, and catering.
  • Screen calls, book couriers, and distribute post as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Handle copying, scanning, and printing duties.
  • Support the wider admin team with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Assist with errands, distribute post, and book meetings for directors.
  • Set up studio space for various activities such as events alongside the hospitality team.

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced reception or FOH role.
  • Exceptional professionalism and articulation.
  • Confident written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and attentive.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Approach problem-solving with a calm and composed mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in IT skills, Adobe being desirable.
