We are looking for an experienced Studio and Finance Manager to join our team at Crowd Creative in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget tracking.

You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including client relationships, administrative tasks, and team support. The ideal candidate will have a background in bookkeeping, experience working in a similar role, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, including invoicing, expenses, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and track budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and submit planning applications.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversight of office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations/finance/studio management.
  • Bookkeeping proficiency and Xero confidence.
  • Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
  • Background in architectural/construction/built environment.
  • Aptitude for a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
