Studio Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to support our operations as a Studio Coordinator and PA. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our studio, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the front of house, including welcoming guests, screening phone calls, and maintaining office space.
- Handling general administration tasks, such as invoicing, banking, and liaising with bookkeepers.
- Onboarding new staff, including organizing equipment and welcome gift boxes, and managing new employee data.
- Overseeing IT and equipment, managing repairs, and handling office suppliers, merchandise, business cards, and relationships with suppliers.
- Providing PA support, including managing the co-founder's inbox and calendar, assisting with projects, booking travel, and conducting research.
- Coordinating events, including client and staff events, working closely with the marketing team.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
Requirements: We require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in administrative roles.
