We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Water Resources team in setting and overseeing the water demand strategy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and shaping our company vision.

This role requires a scientific or environmental degree and experience leading projects in water demand planning. You will be accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, planning resources, and ensuring effective long-term strategic demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Water Demand team and providing leadership direction
  • Planning and managing resources, including operational and capital costs
  • Ensuring effective long-term strategic demand planning
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including the smart metering programme
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners
