About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of sustainable water resources solutions for both the UK and international clients. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with experts from various disciplines to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water resources projects, including WR modelling, abstraction impact assessments, hydrological, hydrogeological, and/or water resources assessment, drought trigger development, demand forecasting, options appraisal, investment modelling, or development of risk and uncertainty. You will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work flexibly on a variety of projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject such as geography, geological sciences, environmental science, civil or environmental engineering
  • Chartered status with a relevant institution such as CIWEM, Institute of Civil Engineers, or the Institute of Water
  • Proven track record of delivering successful water resources projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
