We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Damco Spain SL. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include investigating employee complaints, conducting disciplinary procedures, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

You will also be responsible for updating HR documentation, such as employee records, policies, and procedures, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving employee relations issues, knowledge of UK labour laws, and a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual bonus and pension scheme.
