Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will lead on employee relations matters, partnering with operational leadership to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices while fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and policy violations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Deliver tailored training and development to managers on employee relations practices.
  • Analyse employee relations data to identify trends and recommend workplace improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum (Level 5 or higher preferred, or actively working towards).
  • Relevant experience in a similar HR or Employee Relations role, ideally within the care sector.
Estimated Salary Range:

£28,000 per annum, plus £1,800 car allowance.
