Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a seasoned HR Professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across all areas of a manufacturing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CIPD-qualified and experienced HR Professional to improve the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to exit interviews.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ER cases and delivering HR strategies that focus on performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to exit interviews.
  • Deploy HR initiatives, including new processes and services, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by identifying skills gaps and creating development plans.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers to enhance overall people performance.
  • Support the Head of HR in developing and rolling out the people strategy.
  • Assist with people challenges, working with managers and employees to resolve issues and assist with ER matters.
Package:
  • Salary: £54,250 per annum (estimated based on experience)
  • Performance Profit Related Bonus (PPRB)
  • Benefits include enhanced pension, private medical cover, dental plan, life cover & income protection
  • Up to 29 days annual leave, starting at 23 days rising by 1 day per year up to 29 days, plus bank holiday
