Job Description:

As a Bespoke Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with the Technical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.

You will also be responsible for reviewing 'non-stocked lines' reports, coordinating with the main warehouse, and supporting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies with the Technical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments.
  • Reviewing 'non-stocked lines' reports and coordinating with the main warehouse, optimising stock levels and reducing waste.
  • Supporting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator, developing skills and expertise.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve any stock-related issues and ensure prompt delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective data analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in Purchasing or Procurement (advantageous but not essential), bringing relevant knowledge and skills.

Your estimated salary will be circa £27,200 - £28,200 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 31 days holiday, Paycare, Employee Assistance Programme, and up to 5 days extra unpaid holiday available at a salary sacrifice.
