Commercial Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Partnership Specialist to join our Sales Team on a permanent contract.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve long-term success.

About the Role:
  • Contribute towards company targets by meeting and/or exceeding sales targets as an individual and contributing to the team.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers.
  • FOLLOW UP samples and quotations, converting these to sales.
  • Ensure accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, social media and marketing activity to increase sales.
  • Resolve conflicts, take ownership and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Your Benefits:
  • A competitive starting salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working in an internal Sales Coordinator role.
  • Ability to deliver excellent consultative advice to improve the customer experience and their business to generate sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular).
  • Problem solving with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry.
  • Committed to ongoing learning/training to build knowledge and understanding.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time.
