Role Overview
Oscar Associates (UK) Limited has partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider in Tamworth to find a skilled Business Development Manager to join their sales team.
This newly created role involves leveraging existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in MSP sales, preferably in telecoms, mobile, and connectivity sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing relationships to expand business opportunities
- Develop new leads and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on experience
- OTE and car allowance package
- Hybrid/Field-Based working arrangement, with 1-2 days a week in the Tamworth office
Requirements:
- Experience in MSP sales, preferably in telecoms, mobile, and connectivity sectors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
