Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create and implement effective student support plans.
  • Use your expertise and experience to provide one-to-one mentoring and small group support, promoting student progress and well-being.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

We offer an estimated annual salary of £35,000 for this challenging yet rewarding role.
