Job Title: Pupil Assistant Educator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pupil Assistant Educator to work with us at Philosophy Education. The successful candidate will provide support to students with SEND in a secondary school setting, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a calm and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in lessons and during activities outside of the classroom
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Help students to develop independence and self-advocacy skills
