Job Title: Support Assistant for SEMH Pupils

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs, and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one and small group support to our pupils. This will involve developing and implementing tailored strategies to meet the individual needs of each pupil, as well as contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members. They will also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage their time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with SEMH pupils, either in a teaching or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
