Supporting Pupils with Complex Needs

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in an Outstanding graded Secondary School in Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and making a positive impact on their lives.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies that meet individual needs, and provide support to pupils with behaviour and SEMH needs.
Responsibilities and Duties- Providing support to pupils with behaviour and SEMH needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Ambitious career aspirations within Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, or Behaviour
