Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with SEMH-related needs, developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills, and creating a welcoming learning environment.

Liaising with teachers and professionals to ensure student progress will also be a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A related degree and prior experience are desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine understanding of SEN and a compassionate approach to supporting students with complex needs.
  • A passion for working with children and young people with Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health needs.
