About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hounslow. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, promoting their learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD, in both 1:1 and group settings.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and external professionals to implement IEPs and enhance communication, social, and emotional development.
