About the Opportunity

This Behaviour and Pupil Support Worker position offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialist school setting for pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the development of a school-wide approach to behaviour, working closely with the Pupil Support Manager to deliver and develop strategies to improve behaviour of SEMH pupils.

A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures is essential, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is required. The role also involves working closely with teachers and support staff to provide a holistic approach to pupil support.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
