About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Behaviour and Pupil Support Worker in Preston. The successful candidate will assist the development of a school-wide approach to behaviour, working closely with the Pupil Support Manager to deliver and develop strategies to improve behaviour of SEMH pupils.

The role requires someone who is passionate about improving the life chances, opportunities and outcomes of young people, with knowledge and understanding of working with challenging behaviour. A Level 2 Numeracy and Level 2 Literacy or GCSE equivalent qualification is essential, along with an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Salary: £20-25 per hour
