Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorDescription:

A leading wholesale business based in Banbury is looking for a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join their Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.

  • Responsible for dealing with product orders over the phone or email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
