About the Role

In this dynamic Operations Coordinator position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate order fulfillment, manage customer expectations, and maintain effective internal communications.

Main Tasks
  • Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, maintaining accurate records and resolving disputes.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange delivery of goods with hauliers/shipping lines and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Order confirmation rates exceeding 95% within 24 hours.
  • Credit control efficiency, minimizing bad debt and reducing write-offs.
  • Effective communication with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is £28,000 - £38,000, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for career advancement.
