Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Prodrive. Our company has a rich history of creating merchandise collections for clients across various sporting sectors, with 25 years of experience in providing an end-to-end service from design, production, and quality control to supporting sales and marketing activities and distributing collections worldwide.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to provide support with the development and production of new non-clothing merchandising products, such as model cars. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing the product development lifecycle from the concept stage to production and launch in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research New Business Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the non-clothing toy sector and support the team in marketing new projects.
  • Product Development and Database Management: Manage the development and database of product concepts, specifications, and prototypes, conducting online research to obtain market data and customer feedback.
  • Liaison with Clients and Factories: Liaise with clients and factories, sending out information to licensees, including liveries and CAD data.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Implement measures and processes to collate and store data, check and approve samples with IP and suppliers, and analyze data to prepare reports for the Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams.
  • Process Implementation and Control: Implement processes, control, and structure to approve all IP and model data, and create and maintain organized records and documentation of all products and specifications.
  • Market Opportunity Feedback: Provide feedback to the Management team on market opportunities and developments.
  • Support to Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce Teams: Support the Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams in other tasks as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and process-led individual with a strong attention to detail and experience working with data. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of project management or product development and previous experience in a Business Support/Coordinator role. Strong communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to deal with changing priorities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required, with an understanding of CAD data software and a qualification in Business or Marketing being advantageous but not essential.
