Job Title: Professional Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Northampton Business Directory in Daventry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the day-to-day running of payroll, ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience and excellent knowledge of PAYE tax, NI, SMP, etc. You will be responsible for providing payroll data, coordinating payroll processing with external providers, and maintaining confidentiality and security of information.

About the Role:
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Location: Daventry, working 4 days in office

You will be responsible for overseeing company payroll processes, ensuring all deadlines are met, and handling queries from third-party payroll companies. If you have a strong understanding of financial controls and are able to work confidentially, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
