A leading charity providing support to autistic people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs is seeking an experienced education professional to fill the role of Apprenticeship Curriculum Manager. Based out of their learning hub in Truro, this position involves leading and managing a team of Learning Mentors and Tutors in Cornwall.

About the Charity

The charity provides vital support to individuals with SEND, offering a range of services that cater to their diverse needs. As an Apprenticeship Curriculum Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing individualized curriculums that inspire quality learning for students with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Learning Mentors and Tutors in Cornwall.
  • Develop and implement creative curriculums that meet the needs of students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective planning and delivery.
Requirements and Benefits

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting students with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in education.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
