About the Role:

As Restaurant Team Lead at Beefeater, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our Front of House team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, drive results, and contribute to the success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure smooth food service operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
