About the Role

Our hotel is seeking an expert HR professional to provide guidance on employee relations, coaching managers, managing caseloads, and supporting organisational change. The successful candidate will have a relevant HR qualification and excellent understanding of HR disciplines, as well as experience in managing staff and supporting managers in formal processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational HR responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert HR guidance, including employee relations, coaching managers, and managing caseloads.
  • Support the organisation through changes, updating and modernising processes and practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant HR qualification and excellent understanding of HR disciplines.
  • Confidence in guiding HR policies and strong experience in managing staff.
  • The ability to support managers in formal processes and lead HR projects.
  • A proven track record in a relevant field, such as hotel or restaurant management.
