Physiology Diagnostic Lead

We are seeking an experienced Physiology Diagnostic Lead to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of our respiratory service across Cornwall and enhance diagnostic services and respiratory care within the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compressed gas cylinders, including disconnecting and reconnecting them as required, and monitoring stock levels of disposables and chemicals used in the respiratory service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of the respiratory service
- Manage compressed gas cylinders and monitor stock levels
- Supervise/training of junior staff or multidisciplinary teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional registration on the Academy of Healthcare Science (AHCS / RCCP / BSE)
- Degree-level knowledge of respiratory physiology or equivalent
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
