**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Curriculum Development Lead to join our Cornwall team. As a key member of the ROC College management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative curriculums that meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Collaborate with teachers, mentors, and other stakeholders to develop individualized curriculum plans.
  2. Design and deliver training programs for Learning Mentors and Learning Tutors.
  3. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Postgraduate degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in education, preferably in SEND or curriculum development.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
