About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as an Early Help Service Manager in East Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals delivering high-quality early help services and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to support children and families, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services.

About the Salary:
The salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, the successful candidate will also receive a defined benefit pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to a national award-winning employee health and wellbeing programme.
