We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Sales Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective leadership and management of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in the travel industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in a high-value, customer-led environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
