Job Title: Travel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and coach a team of sales advisors to respond quickly and efficiently to customer enquiries.
  • Manage the flow of enquiries, setting and achieving targets for response times, follow-ups, and conversion.
  • Input to monthly and annual sales targets, analyse performance data, and prepare accurate management information reports and forecasts for the General Manager and Directors.
  • Develop skills within the sales team continuously to ensure team members are working to the best of their ability to meet both revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and integrate new members into the sales team as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales advisors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse performance data and prepare accurate management information reports.
  • Knowledge of the UK and Ireland, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across the business.
