Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at a leading Tour Operator. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and integrate new sales team members
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop plans to fill them
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product offering of tailor-made holidays and small group tours throughout the UK, Ireland, and Channel Islands
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience in a sales-focused environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the UK and Ireland travel industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
