We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and coach a team of sales advisors to respond quickly and efficiently to customer enquiries.
- Manage the flow of enquiries, setting and achieving targets for response times, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Input to monthly and annual sales targets, analyse performance data, and prepare accurate management information reports and forecasts for the General Manager and Directors.
- Develop skills within the sales team continuously to ensure team members are working to the best of their ability to meet both revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Recruit, train, and integrate new members into the sales team as necessary.
- Proven sales management experience within a sales-focused environment, ideally for a Tour Operator.
- Excellent understanding of the entire sales process in a high-value, customer-led environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to coach, advise, and develop skills within the sales team.
- Knowledge of the UK and Ireland, with the ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of our product offering of tailor-made holidays and small group tours.
- Starting salary up to £38k dependent on experience.
- Additional company bonus.
