We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the travel industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Knowledge of the UK and Ireland travel market, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
