Director of Delivery Excellence

This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Delivery Excellence to join Aviva and drive real change. The role involves creating an effective, customer-focused delivery team and driving decision-making aligned to delivery of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive, efficient, and effective planning, issue resolution, and risk articulation and communication
  • Meticulous leadership of and collaboration with 3rd parties ensuring they are delivering to plan
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, providing challenge and support to Sponsors, Key Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams
  • Support Exec level decision-making through appropriate forum

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in complex deliveries, migration activities, and propositional work
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a large multi-organisational unit
  • Experience in Financial Services would be highly beneficial
  • Curiosity and active hunger to stay on top of all challenges as well as broader market/Aviva awareness

What You'll Get:

  • Starting salary between £100,000 and £125,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
