As part of the Customer Supply Chain and Value Delivery Team within the Sales, Marketing, and Innovation division, you will be responsible for driving quality and service performance excellence to our customers across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in technical and/or commercial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the packaging market. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

A proven leader with negotiation and influence skills, you will drive and manage projects while collaborating closely with our Operations team and Key Account Directors/Managers to execute customer business plans.

You will participate in business review meetings, define Key Performance Indicators, implement new projects, and ensure adherence to standards.

In this role, you will also enhance the strategic partnership with key customers globally through joint value chain delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus, pension and share scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programme, cycle to work scheme, and corporate discounts.
