Job Title: Business Development Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at RFIDentikit. As a key member of our Senior Leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the global events market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our Projects and Technical Development Teams to ensure our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and identify new revenue streams.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and pitches to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Work closely with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with our company vision and goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong understanding of the global events market, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence financial objectives and reporting.
