About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at RFIDentikit. As a key member of our Senior Leadership, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with our Projects (Delivery) and Technical Development Teams to ensure technical product and delivery meet the needs of the market.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data and reporting on market trends and sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Enhance proposal and pitch quality to market-leading levels, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience within the live events industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record of developing B2B relationships.
  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and influence financial objectives.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Proven ability to establish and deliver on business KPIs, with a track record of consistently delivering against these.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
