Overview

At RFIDentikit, we are committed to delivering seamless accreditation, security, tracking, and management tools to event organizers worldwide by developing and deploying flexible, powerful, and dependable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various exciting and growing events markets globally.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to develop and implement a business development strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Projects (Delivery) Team and Technical Development to ensure technical products and delivery meet market needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data and reporting on market trends and sales performance.
  • Build collaboration with the Projects Team to harness project knowledge and leverage client relationships.
  • Ensure current and anticipated future client needs inform technical development, guiding the roadmap and prioritization to match market trends.
  • Enhance proposal and pitch quality to market-leading levels.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience within the live events industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record of developing B2B relationships.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Proven ability to establish business KPIs and consistently deliver against them.
  • Commercial acumen to understand and effectively influence financial objectives and reporting.
  • Knowledge and experience of key marketing activities that drive sales.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to streamline sales processes.
