At RFIDentikit, we're committed to delivering innovative accreditation, security, tracking, and management tools to event organizers worldwide. As a Business Development Director, you'll play a key role in shaping our business development strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Working closely with the Projects (Delivery) and Technical Development teams to ensure technical product and delivery meet market needs.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting market trends and sales performance data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in the live events industry, with a proven track record of developing B2B relationships.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Commercial acumen to understand and effectively influence financial objectives and reporting.
  • Knowledge of key marketing activities that drive sales.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to streamline sales processes.
