About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for building and activating a solutions-driven sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand our services
  • Proactively identify new business prospects and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with our Development and Project Management teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and analyze data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
